Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Catalyst (“Catalyst”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit this website or use the Catalyst platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, work email, company and anything you write when you request a demo, contact us or create an account.
• Account and billing data. Your plan, invoices and billing contact. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Workspace content. The brand material you import, the content the platform generates for you, and the campaign and performance data from the channels you choose to connect.
• Usage and device data. Pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type and similar technical logs.

2. How we use it

• To provide, secure and support the platform and this website.
• To respond to your requests and send service messages about your account.
• To bill you and keep the records the law requires.
• To understand how the product is used and improve it.
• To send product news, where you have agreed or where the law allows. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.

3. Your workspace content

Your brand material, generated content and campaign data belong to you. We process them only to deliver the service to you. We do not sell them, and we do not use one customer’s workspace content to train models that serve another customer.

4. Connected channels

When you connect an advertising or social account, we access it through that platform’s official API using the permissions you grant. We use that access only to run the features you have switched on. You can disconnect a channel at any time from your workspace or from the platform itself. Each platform’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to data held there.

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business — such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery and analytics — under contracts that limit their use of it; with the channels you connect, at your direction; and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

6. Cookies

This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, and, where you consent, cookies that help us measure traffic. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

7. How long we keep it

We keep account data for as long as your account is open and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Workspace content is deleted or anonymised within 90 days of account closure unless you ask us to remove it sooner. Enquiries from people who do not become customers are kept for up to 24 months.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and regular review of our systems. No service can promise absolute security; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as the law requires.

9. International transfers

We and our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where we do, we use the safeguards the applicable law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email hello@catalystrelay.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Children

Catalyst is a business product and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and the law change. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
